Login Error User is Disabled on buy,hpe.com

I have just updated my passport password - and it works as I'm logged in here. But when I click on "Get a Quote" on the MSA 2060 info page I am promted for a login (even though I am logged in) and afetr I enter my email and password I get a

Login Error
User is Disabled

message.

Why?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please include the exact link where you get the error message . You can also try the Live Sales Chat option on the same buy.hpe.com page. They might be able to help aswell.
