unwanted HP Enterprise emails

I have been atempting to opt out of all emailings from HP, to the user I am logged in as.  Unfortunately, he died a year ago, and I have assumed his duties.  There doesn't seem to be a link of any sory to access subscription preferences on the HPE site.  When I follow the instructions given, I wind up in a loop of requesting communication settings, and then being sent a link which takes me right back to the same place.  Please let me know if there is a method that works.  The user's email address is still active, so I will receive responses.
