Access Denied

Hi,
I just recently registered to HPE to gain access to some topics. Here is the list:

Unfortunately when I click on them, they are showed as unavailable with following message:

Access Denied
You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.

Click your browser's Back button to continue.

 

Any ideas how to solve this problem?
