An internal URL is accessible but SiteScope URL Monitor is getting status code '0'

Hello There,

I am monitoring an internal HTTPS URL using sitescope(11.30) URL monitor.

The HTTPS URL is opening perfectly but in URL monitor in SiteScope I am getting status code for this URL is Zero('0'). Which should be normally 200 as url is responding/ opening perfectly.

please suggest what could be the probable problem.
