Bad Charger Port??

I have 2 HP probooks in my office. One of them died today. I thought maybe it was just a bad AC adapter so I switched it with the one from the other laptop that I know works. The charge light does not come on and it's been plugged in for over an hour and still will not turn on. Is there anything else I can do?
