Can't close the notification from "HP- Universal Printing"

Hi,

it is absolout impossible to close this notification from "HP- Universal Printing".

It is not possible to cancel or also not possible to adjust the printer and press ok. How can I close this
notification? Can I close that with the task manager. Whats the name of the prozess?
