Can't download drivers. Download redirects to Country Selection

Im trying to download the AMD/Intel dual graphics driver for my HP Pavilion dv6t-6100 CTO Quad Edition and every time I try to click download it just redirects to the Country/Language selection. I tried in 3 browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome) and none work. The Download and Install Assistant doesn't work either, it just says it failed after a few seconds

After fiddling it now says:

http://whp-hou4.cold.extweb.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp54001-54500/sp54471.exe

The requested URL /pub/softpaq/sp54001-54500/sp54471.exe was not found on this server.

Using ftp I don't see any .exe file there:

ftp> pwd
257 "/pub/softpaq/sp54001-54500"

ftp> ls sp54471*
150 Here comes the directory listing.

HP Download and Install Assistant using the HP Support Solutions Framework.

When I picked a different driver I got these download instructions and it has a feedback page:
