Changing computer network

 

Hello,

Can we change the networks our 2 PCs are connected to?
One says it's connected to Network 8, the other to Network 9. 
Recently changed modem/router. Have completed setup wizard on printer and it's connected to HomeGroup.
Can we alter each PC to HomeGroup?
Or alter one PC and printer to the other PC's Network?

Any suggestions?

I did not find the right solution from the internet.
