Discovery jobs not running and Frozen
We have uCMDB 9.05, while trying to run the Discovery Job under Discovery Control panel it looks discovery job is frozen
and not started. Not any single discovery jobs triggered the CIs after clicking on Active button.
However, when we restart the App server it looks fine and running.
Every time this happens we do this workaround and get fine.
Can any one suggest what could be the root cause for this issue and how we get rid of this issue.?
