Does HP actually support the CM2320 Series???? IS A BUSINESS SUPPORT WEB SITE PROBLEM
My previous post was moved, probably because of the title, but this really is a business support web site problem, or at least I hope it is.
My question posed in the title was rhetorical (I hope!) I don't think HP would abandon a printer that is still under the original warranty. (Again, I hope.)
No matter how you do it, the website will not let you chat or e-mail support if you have a problem with the CM2320. Is there anyone out there that can fix that problem?

Re: Does HP actually support the CM2320 Series???? IS A BUSINESS SUPPORT WEB SITE PROBLEM
Your other thread:
http://forums.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/bizsupport/questionanswer.do?threadId=1418513
After going through the links I see it says CM2320 is supported here by HP Instant Support Professional Edition:
http://h50203.www5.hp.com/hpisweb/customer/SupportProds.aspx?region=NA
This comes from a "Chat online with HP" link.
And for contacting HP it eventually says:
We were unable to locate the live chat with hp support specialist page for the product "cm2320".

Exactly Dennis! It says it is supported, but then when you actually try to get support, it won't let you.
So which is it?!?!?
(Aimed at HP, not you Dennis. Thanks for the reply)
