Events seen in HP SIM "ALL EVENTS" but not going as tickets.

Hi,

In our environment new SQL cluster has been introduced. Alerts were configured and tickets are routed to specified team. Recently i see some events regarding the cluster nodes, but i dont see any sort of tickets for the specified team.

What are the necessary steps to be taken to find what is the issue. Netcool is the event management team.,

I gues the would be a filter configured in Hp SIM to create tickets. So take a look an your Event filters.

Also look in SIm under Options > Events > Automatic Event Haldling Manage Task. There you should have a task that creates the tickets using a collection on events configured under System and Event Collections > Customize. Here you can edit or create collections of servers and ore events. These collections can be used for your tasks.
