Excel addin for HPE ALM - "Error happened when communicating with ALM server " Value c

Guys ,

I have HPE ALM version: 12.01 installed on my computer and i have Microsoft Excel Add-In For ALM 12.2x and 12.5x installed in my computer

I am able to Login using the Excel add in and am able to navigate to my project and domain but when i click on mapping button i get the below message

"Error happened when communicating with ALM server  - Value cannot be null"

Have anyone faced this issue and found a solution , This would be helpfull
