HP Business Desktop Warranty Lookups

We used to do warranty lookups at http://h20564.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/wc/public/home for business desktops and https://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty for consumer desktops. When using http://h20564.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/wc/public/home to check warranties now, we receive the following message, "The information you provided does not match our records.".

By going to https://mycrm.support.hp.com we were able to get a warranty status, but had to open a case to do so.

Please educate me on where online warranty lookups for business desktops can be done now, without opening a case.
