HP ENVY x360 touch screen is not working

HID-COMPLIANT TOUCH SCREEN is not visible in my device managers. --> Human Interface Devices.

so what are the steps i need to take to make my touch screen to work.

Please share the debug steps in detail.

my touch screen is not working now. It is brand new windows 10 laptop.

please let me know if you need more details.
