HP Notebook Cooling Fan Internal Damage Case ID 5012661918
WRT the case ID, it's been quite sometime we have been following for the replacement of Cooling Fan Damaged internally due to the poor manufacturing quality. The HP service associates are not able to clear this in warranty as product quality. The product has no external damages and the internal damage caused because of the poor product quality. Its giving noise on working and annoying to work with this. Is this the way a premium product of HP works ? Model No x360 convertible. We paid a good premium to buy this and within a years time this is the fate of this product. At first to align a service person HP took more than a week, and after that inspite of remider mails and after escalating to HP Service Head too, the service associate "iqor" is asking us to replace the cooling fan at our own cost. Had it been due to our negligence or damage by own, wouldnt have waited so much to get this cleared. This been the case of poor product quality, we look forward to get this replaced at the cost of HP. Mail communication attached with for ready reference.
