HP P4515 Always 'unavailable', 'no toner', 'offline'

every day, first thing in the morning, the printer is always saying 'unavailable', 'no toner', or 'offline' in every unit we have in our office. So we have to uninstall and re-install every time each unit does 1st printing of teh day. 

The printer is a cabled printer connected to our router? Does it affect the connection of the printer unlike if it is connected to wallsocket connection?

Please advise. We are very frustrated already uninstalling and reintsalling the printer from time to time.
