HP Printer WiFi- Problem
We're using a lot of HP- Printers, different models. We're remarking more and more a few problems if using those printers via W-LAN or cable network connection. For example they stay connected during a few hours/ days but suddenly they loses the connection and the blue WiFi light starts blinking if it was on WiFi. No chance to reconnect, you need to go thru the configuration assistant.
Second situation, when using for example a Mac Book, the printer is always connected and visible in a IP- scan. But it is impossible to connect to the printer. Solution: reboot the printer, antenna and the notebook and it starts working again during few hours.
We mostly use Ruckus WiFi products. Doe's anybody has the same problems??
Thank's a lot for any feedbacks.

Re: HP Printer WiFi- Problem
This is the wrong company for printers and PC products. You need to register in the HP Inc. Support Forum:
