HP Printers Warranty

I live in bangladesh..O have bought a hp deskjet 1515 6months ago...now it have some problems and it is not working right,,,so i give to the company to fix it....now they are saying that this will not fixed...and i have to buy a new printer....aren't they should give me a new printer?..cuz my warranty is still left
