HP Z600 Wont boot with dual Quads

Hi i have an HP Z600 and when i attach two Xeon E5620 quad the computer wont boot. If i install them single they both work. I heard there was a MOBO Rev but did they offer anything so that those of us with the first REV can add the two Quads and get it to work?? I updatet the BIOS to REV 3.57 but i still cant get it to work with both Xeon E3620
