HPE-alm to VSTS, Import and export

Hello everyone,


I have already an existing project in HP-alm,

We shall from now on start to use VSTS at the sametime as HP-alm, all our requirements are in HP-alm.

In the VSTS we shall also start to automate all testing 
what is the easiest way to import /export testcases between the two platforms.
