hiya guys im not sure if this is the correct place to post this but i seem to be getting the runaround so here goes.

I bouight the Elitepad tablet tablet i have some time ago now & until yesterday it has never let me down however i turned it on yesterday & now its saying the produyct info is missing or invalid & despite trying many different things nothing seems to work.

Its only used by me for my job but now i cant use it at all??
