Horrible customer service from the Phillipines
I tried 4x to get through to someone who could help me today. Everyone I spoke to was incompentent. The 3rd one after wasting 30 minutes of my time asking and reasking the same questions admitted their system was down after I told him like I felt like I was sitting here waiting for him to read from a book! That's exactly what he was doing. My ticket #s are 8036605760 & 8036612460. The 4th & final idiot I spoke to told me that he couldn't guaranteee succes for the $35 consult, it would have to be the $69 consult. After I agreed & gave him my AmEx he asked me to repeat it 3x before I told him I couldn't work w/him & hung up. I am having a problem w/my wireless scanner on my Photosmart C7250, but I just bought a new HP notebook last week. I think I'll return it now. I'm done w/HP!
