How do I open a Support Ticket

Hi guys,

I'm trying to open a ticket for support and I don't know how I do it.

Before the junction of Microfocus and HPE, the dashboard stayed so confused to use.

 

I have to open a ticket to request a non-production license of HP ALM 12.53.
Anyone can help me?
