Hp elitebook 840 that wont turn on.

I have a hp elitebook 840 that wont turn on.  There is power going to the computer (the lightning bolt at the front of the computer is lit).  Ive tried removing the battery and the ram and tried two different power cables but nothing has worked.  Any ideas??
