I cannot find a certain page.

I cannot find a certain page.

I spoke to Satish, a member of the instant-online chat support service for my laptop. I was given an activity ID and service Ticket code, but I cannot find the page to check on the ticket itself. Could anyone tell me how to get there, or even better, supply an URL for it? Thanks.

Forgive me about posting it here. I dont think this was the original sub-forum.. But if its the wrong one, please move it if you can, but leave a link. This forum is rather complicated compared to what I'm used to. Forgive me for any annoyance.
