LDAP connectivity Error in ConnectIT

Hello Everyone

I am a new user of ConnectIT. I have been trying to connect my locally made LDAP to my Locally embedded Service Manager web service, but when ever i try to view the production records it gives a connectivity error as shown in the screenshot. I have tested  the connectivity with the server in LDAP configuration and the test is successful
