Machine shutdown "System Security Issue has been detected"

Hi,

I am an active member of HP Inc Community forum. by some reasons I can't logon to this forim therefore I have to create a new account.

I bought an HP Elitebook 840 G5 few weeks ago and its screen keeps flickering. I decided to upgrade to Windows 1903 but there is an error with HP Sure Run. I updated Intel video from Intel but still no good.for screen.

I decided to do a fresh install Windows 10, also reinstalled HP Client Secure Manager and HP Sure run. I installed Office apps and few other apps. few days ago and today machine shutdown w/o notice with message "System Security Issue has been detected".

When reboot machine, I've got a problem exactly like the following user

   https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Boot-and-Lockup/HP-Sure-Run-shuts-down-the-laptop-on-restart-message-quot/td-p/7016106

I know HP Community from HP Inc normally won't give answer with question like the one above therefore I post on this Forum. Sorry a bit long,in short  I would like to

(a) How to avoid the shutdown,

(b) How to fix the flickering screen. I know the G4 has similar problem and BIOS fixed it.

Regards.

Hello,

You might be on the wrong company’s web site. Since late 2015, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is a separate company from HP Inc (HP)  and HPE focused on servers, storage, and networking within IT environments.. For HP products, you may have to register and post in the HP Support Forums: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/ or Please visit www.hp.com.
