My printer keeps saying it's out of paper but it isn't. It won't print. I've tried everything.

My printer keeps saying it's out of paper but it isn't. It won't print. I've tried everything.

Does anyone have a suggestion about how to get my printer to work. I've done all I can but it keeps saying it's out of paper.
