Need Help, Probook Crashed and unable to install OS
Hello guys,
My Probook 6450B has crashed and I am unable to install Windows OS on it because the OS Serial Key at the back of my probook has faded and the recovery disks are not in working condition, they are damaged/corrupt.
What are my options? Is there a way to just get my Original Windows Serial key from HP with the Laptop's Serial Number?
If so, then let me know the process of getting it done please.
I tried to register of HP forum and post this, but it just doesn't let me get past "Select your screen name" page. As I select a name, it reloads the same page and doesn't do anything else. Tried a zillion times.
Please excuse the "wrong category" but I don't have any idea where to put this.
Kindly assist me, I am a bit lost, my laptop is my only source of work/entertainment. Without it, I am left out of work.

Re: Need Help, Probook Crashed and unable to install OS
This is the wrong company for printers and PC products. You need to register in the HP Inc. Support Forum:
