Not able to manually adjust the brighness of my HP probook 430 G3 notebook.

Dear Memebrs,

I recetly got a brand new HP probook 430 G3 notebook from my company and found the manual adjustment of brightness is not working with fn+F5 or fn+f6. Can someone suggest how to fix the issue or how to manually adjust the brightness please.
