Not able to post on LoadRunner practitioner forum anymore

Hi,

I am gettnig a permission denied trying to create a post in LoadRunner practitioner forum anymore.

Is that my issue only or there is a change of policy and I am not allowed to do it anymore?

In case I can I get back the privilege to post on that forum?
