Nvidia Quadro 2000 driver not working in windows 7 hp 7600dc

I have a hp 7600 dc with a pendium d 915 .my preveous graphic card nvidia geforce 6800 gt was working fine in both windows xp and 7 .now i have just bought a new quadro 2000 which is working fine in windows xp but when i install windows 7 or 8 and install drivers of my gpu. They dont work
when i go to device maneger in description of my grapiic driver there is following statement
"Your computer's system firmware does not include enough information to properly configure and use this device. To use this device, contact your computer manufacturer to obtain a firmware or bios update. (Code 35)"
I have alredy updated the latest bios v1.61
what should i do.
