Officejet Pro x 576dw

After one year, my Officejet Pro x576dw has suddenly stopped printing in black ink only along the right and left boarders 2inches in.. It prints in all other colors and in grayscale,  but cuts off priniting in black 2 inches on either side.  I've changed cartridges, cleaned and calibrated printheads, switched between wired and wireless, reset factory setting. All without success.  I've also tried printing from different compluters. Also no success.  Attached is an example of what I'm experiencing.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The smartphone or tablet can be easily connected to the printer and I find it as a great advantage! We can manage printing tasks without any difficulty or discomfort.
