REDEMPTION OF GIFT

I purchased an HP pavilion note book on the last 19th of January, 2009, and sent all the required papers with a Demanad Draft for Rs.1499 to redeem the promised gift: a 5.1 home therater system with DVD player.

Redemption code number was 4EFGVVBJ2M dtd.30th of January, 2009.

Committment by HP was to deliver the gift within 6 weeks. I have not heard any thing from HP till today though 6 weeks are already over.
