Regarding the poor service form such a good company

Dear Team,

We had purchase few PC's for our company in this mid year. After few days of using the PC's one of our system gets crash. After that we had create one case id in HP Service then one engineer visits and change the motherboard. But issue was not resolved. we are contiously folowing with HP Service regarding the same but we are getting a very poor response from them.

It is a very embrassing for the such a big company like HP providing the worst service & support. We are one of the biggest customer in India for HP & form last six months we are suffering from this small issue.

Your service provider IQOR is one of the worst service provider that i notice in this small period.

In the faulty machine in which we are having the issue, your service provider changes every part so many times. the detail is mention as under:-

 

HDD:- One time

RAM:-One time

Processor:- Two Times

Motherboard:- Thrice

Still are not able to resolve our issue.

So request you to do some action as on immediate basis other wise we will stop doing any kind of business with you.
