Just try to select the green download button in IE9 after you have trusted the HP site and turned off all IE security settings.
There is some kind of plug-in that does not push or appear for most workstations.
You should really consider testing this page as an average user who doesn't work for HP and would already have installed the plu-in.
Just trying to help you guys out . . .
