Thin clients are resettin back to factory default intermittently

 We are using 150 to 200 thin clients with dual monitors in a citrix environment.  Randomly, throughout a month the thin clients will default back to original settings and the monitors will mirror themselves instead of the extended diplays our billing staff have set up.

We have tried different units, different monitors, different keyboards, mouse, different cables and ports on the switch but they are stil doing it every few weeks.

Please assist us in findiing a solution.
