Ticket Category-Capitalization

Hi Experts,

My requirement is to capitalize the 'Ticket category' in incident management. I have changed the category name, and even in fc,form design,format,global list and local list,even in table for incident. But while selection its showing the updated value from 'install' to 'Install', after giving save & exit, its again showing 'install' and couldn't proceed further. And am using SM 9.4 version. Can you give me suggestion where i have to proceed further.
