Unable to install Mobile Center Mobile Testing

Hi There,

I am unable to install Mobile Center Mobile Testing. Its a trial version server edition MC251-6981_Windows_Server

I have full admin rights to install this tool. but still its getting stuck on "failed to install local postgres database" and then prompts me to abort the installation and then gets rolled back

I have attached the error i am getting. Please help as my trial period will expire in somedays.
