WEBCAM Installation Error

Hey Guys,

I am Thabo from South Africa, My pc crashed days ago and  I tried getting every drivers for each respective hardware but for my Webcam I could manage to retrieve the drivers for it. When I install webcam drivers that I've downloaded from HP drivers website I get this error "setup has determined that your configuration does noy support any of the included products" and then the setup shuts down.

Is there anybody who can help me maybe?

What model HP PC/laptop do you have? What Windows version?
