WebJet Admin device utilization report communication error


Hi There

can anyone asist me i am having difficulty with some devices getting Device utilization reports(by User) from some devices. Some months we get it others we dont it also varies from device to device (over 1000 machines monitored)

We get a communication error in that field although we have other data collections working.
