Seek comment and lessons learned from those who have upgraded software versions.
Looking more for big picture stuff. One of our strategies is integrating SharePoint with the records system.
Our plan was upgrading from 8.1.1.7760 to 8.3.
We were testing 8.3.0.9231, and ready to rebuild and test 8.3.0.9365 but dependencies have changed (SharePoint unchanged). We are also reluctant to roll out the web client for 8.3 due to user issues with email drag and drop.
Should we now plan to upgrade to Content Manager 9.1 instead of 8.3, or is this too big a leap?
