Why is it so hard to become a HP Partner (Reseller)?

G'Day Guys

We are a small IT integrator in the Barossa Valley in South Australia.

We have in the past sold Lenovo PCs & Dell servers because we sold IBM software.

In the past I have tried to become a HP reseller with no joy !!!

I go to this page

I click the link -> Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) -> http://h20457.www2.hp.com/partnerportal/apjgateway.html

I get this message

This site can’t be reached

h20457.www2.hp.com’s server DNS address could not be found.

I click the drop down link 'Contact us' on the same page

When I select ' Contact a sale Expert ' I get this pop up I cannot read

H E L P !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do anyone know the secret password ?????????????????????
