Windows 10 HP Soundcard not in devices

Hi,

I have just upgraded my HP RP5800 yo Win 10 and no soundcard appears in devices. Attempted to run the intel chipset upgrade but got "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software"

Any assistance would be great.
