XML Export-electronic records duplicated

HPRM v8.1.1 build 7760

I try to export a bulk of records in TRIM using Send to > XML Export where i choose option "Export them as Separate Files" with Item Depth = 5. 

Whenever I do the export, it will create many duplication. Even I try to export only one container with quite a lot of electronic records inside it, it was time consuming. 

Any advice on this issue?
