I received the following email:

This SAW Instance is set to expire on 21 Jul 2017.
This Support Case is currently marked Resolved. Please confirm the work was completed to your level of satisfaction.

But when I try to access, it returns the error Your trial for this product has ended. Please file a Support ticket for help with this product.
And the instance was not created in the products tab
Can someone help me ?
