ALM 12.5: Error Asychronous customuxation loafding at the login screen

I am recieving errors who are installing ALM 12.5 active x plugin and changing their password.  The message says Asychrounus customization loading customixation in use semaphore timeed out occured. Has anyone recieved this?

ALM is part of the new Software Community:  http://community.saas.hpe.com. You can use your same credentials to log in.
