Can the Knowledge Materials/Documents be pasted or Attached to threads?

In one of the conversations, an user needs some KM document & seems he don't have any SAID with him.

I am not sure, whether someone (Could be me also) can share such information on the Forum, Meaning sharing the content  as an Image or pasting the content of the same of the KM.

Not sure I will do, but just wanna confirm from the Community Mangers or some who is exactly responsible.

(If this helped, accept as solution )

 I assume this is:

The purpose of the SAID is to restrict the user from getting the document, it is copyrighted.

Unless you can justify it as "fair-use":

Another reason is you can only attach near useless pictures and not docs.
