Convert all my posts from ITRC to HPSC

Dear All,

My ITRC account was "WW220552"

My HPSC password ID: YOUTH_SEN@YAHOO.CO.IN

I tried the link "https://h20565.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/aae/itrc/migrate/" to migrate all posts from ITRC to HPSC...I passed all steps...But I am not seeing any of my ITRC posts under my recent posts...

Could anyone help to convert my posts from ITRC to HPSC...

That is not what the migration tool does.  If you read carefully, it says "ITRC Support Case Manager preferences, history & data preferences, profile data, and linked entitlements" will be migrate.  So that means your Support Case Manger settings, your profile data, and the support contracts that you had previously linked.  Nowhere does it say anything about migrating ITRC posts.

There is no procedure for you to do that.

How can I let you know the procedure when there is none?  You could try contacting kevin_paul through private message.  A recent post, however, mentioned that Kevin is out this week so you might want to try bgroot instead.

Hi,

there are some other threads with the same intention.
Mostly it appears to be because of a second email address.
