Fortify category seems to have old ITRC directions for new posts

At the top of the Fortify category, it seems to have old ITRC way to create new threads:

http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/Fortify-Software-Security-Center/ct-p/sws-Fortify

You'll see "Create a New Message" button on the right side where you can start a new thread.
